Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Shipping costs for all orders are:
- US & Canada - Free
- US & Canada (prescriptions only) - $9.90
- Europe - $15
- Mexico - $35
- Australia - $35
- China - $35

Your product will ship either the same day you order or the following day. Prescription glasses or custom-made glasses take up to 7 days to 21 days to make.
Please note: All products on our website cannot be shipped to California address. However, we could still ship available products if you order from eBay or Amazon.com.

We're confident that you'll be impressed with the quality, design, and durability of our products. That's why we include a standard 365-day warranty with every purchase.
How long does the warranty last?
Our warranty lasts for 365 days after the date you receive the product.
Who do I contact to get warranty service?
If you experience an issue with a product purchased directly from Spektrum, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased a product from one of our many re-sellers, we ask that you request their assistance in providing a replacement. If the store is no longer available, please contact Spektrum directly.
What will Spektrum do if my glasses break?
If you experience an issue with one of our products or if it breaks through normal use, we will send you a replacement unit of the same model provided the item was purchased within the last 365 days. If the same model is no longer available, we will send an equivalent model of your choice.
What about shipping?
Shipping is covered entirely by Spektrum if there is a problem with your purchase and a replacement is required.
We want you to know that we stand behind all of our products.
If you are unsatisfied, we offer a full refund for up to 90 days minus the initial shipping cost. (You are responsible to cover the cost of the return shipment.) We do ask that you take a couple of weeks to give our product a fair chance, but if you are still not satisfied, send us an email at email@example.com.
Please note: prescription glasses and custom-made glasses are not eligible for our 90-day return policy.
Each product comes with a 1-year warranty.
Please be aware that after contacting us for a return/warranty, it may take up to 7 days for us to arrange a return shipment to Spektrum. Once it's received, we will process the refund within another 7 days.
